1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing time includes:

  • order verification

  • product preparation

  • packaging

  • quality checks

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will be notified if any significant delay occurs.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier conditions.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • weight

  • destination

  • chosen shipping method

Occasionally, promotional free shipping may be offered.
Any such promotions will be clearly noted on the website.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


5. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • The customer is responsible for additional shipping fees

  • The order may be delayed or returned to us

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery is marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with:

  • photos of the item

  • photos of the packaging

  • your order number

We will help arrange a replacement or a solution.


7. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We ship physical products only within the United States. Orders placed from outside the U.S. cannot be processed.

Please note: Downloadable items and virtual classes are available worldwide and do not require shipping. You can purchase these products regardless of your location.


8. Shipping for Returns

If returning an item (per our Refund Policy), customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item arrived damaged

  • we sent the wrong item

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped yet.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available.

Digital products and courses cannot be canceled once delivered.
